, Kliks Mobile Application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Kliks Connect Business Network provides:

Webinars, seminars, and engagement programs

Business strategic consulting & mentorship

Collaboration and investor programs

Marketplace for products and services

Talent Hub & placement activities

Lead generation & affiliate programs

AI tools and automation for business growth

Kliks acts as a technology and facilitation platform only.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older

Businesses must be legally registered where applicable

Users must provide accurate and current information

3. Account Registration (Website & App)

One account per user/entity

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

Kliks is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Post misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content

Violate intellectual property or data protection laws

Harass, spam, or misuse networking tools

Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform

5. Programs, Consulting & Mentorship Disclaimer

All consulting, mentorship, AI tools, and advisory programs:

Are guidance-based only

Do not guarantee business growth, funding, sales, or employment

Do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice

Implementation decisions are solely the user’s responsibility.

6. Marketplace Terms

Kliks is not a buyer or seller

Transactions are between users only

Kliks does not guarantee product quality, delivery, or outcomes

Disputes must be resolved between transacting parties

7. Talent Hub & Placement

Kliks does not guarantee employment or hiring

Employers and candidates are responsible for verification

Kliks is not a party to employment contracts

8. Investor & Collaboration Programs

Kliks is a facilitator, not an investment advisor

No guarantee of funding or collaboration

All due diligence is the responsibility of participants

9. Affiliate & Lead Generation Programs

Leads are shared on a best-effort, non-exclusive basis

No guarantee of conversion or revenue

Affiliate payouts are subject to validation and program rules

10. Mobile App Permissions

The Kliks App may request access to:

Camera (profile, events)

Storage (documents, resumes)

Notifications (updates & alerts)

Location (optional, for local networking)

Permissions can be managed via device settings.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, software, and AI tools are owned or licensed by Kliks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Termination

Kliks may suspend or terminate accounts:

For Terms violations

For unlawful or harmful activity

Without prior notice where legally permitted

13. Limitation of Liability

Kliks shall not be liable for:

Business losses or missed opportunities

Investment or hiring outcomes

Data loss due to user negligence

Services are provided “as is”.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

Information Technology Act, 2000

Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Laws of India

Jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana
